We are an insurance friendly office and are in-network for many insurance plans, not all of them are listed above. We will be happy to help you effectively utilize your dental benefits. Call us about your plan! As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.
Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. Inquiries regarding specific claims and fees are your responsibility.

Cancellation and Changed Appointments
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment.
